The first step is to have our staff go over your options and give you a set of new home plans. You will then have the opportunity to browse selections of your own so your products are organized and labeled for future notice. The second step is the Blue Book, a complete log of your home. Once that is finished, you can rest assured that your home is being built on schedule, making it one less thing for you to worry about when it comes to your new home.

Our Design Center is updated regularly to provide you with the latest in building materials and styles. We also supply informative disclosures on how many of these products perform before you purchase them so you don’t waste money on a product that will not work for you. Included in each contract is the type of warranty we provide and what it covers. Our goal is to eliminate surprises by being upfront and discussing all aspects of what you can expect from LaMontagne builders.
On the day of closing we conduct a final walkthrough of your new home and provide you with a homeowner’s manual that answers many questions and provides you with maintenance guidelines, component by component. Two standard contacts are scheduled, one at 60 days and one at the end of your first year, so that any components not meeting our accepted standards can be serviced. We even provide a one-time repair for drywall.
