Our Program is comprized of 3 major elements:
The Builders Warranty that we provide on each home is only a small part of our customer service program. We deliver to each homebuyer 100% of what we promise. We provide fully furnished model homes for you to visit that accurately show our product, as well as the options we provide.

Our Design Center is updated regularly to provide you with more choices and the latest in building materials and we supply informative disclosures on how many of these products perform, before you purchase them. We include as part of each contract the type of warranty we provide and what it covers. Our object is to eliminate surprises by being upfront and discussing all aspects of what you can expect.
The day of closing we conduct a final walkthrough and provide you with a homeowner’s manual which will answer many questions and provide you with maintenance guidelines, component by component. We schedule two standard contacts, one at 60 days and one at the end of your first year, to provide service for any components not meeting our accepted standards. We even provide a one-time repair for drywall.
