Design Your Dream Home in 3 Easy Steps!

Step 1 - Browsing

The Design Center staff will go over options and provide the buyer with a set of plans of their home. The buyer will then have the opportunity to browse through the selections on their own. All products are organized and labeled for an idea of the various selections and pricing. Browsing is by appointment only and is made in time slots (I.e. 9 –12).

Step 2 - Blue Book

We provide our buyers with a "Blue Book". It's used to guide you through the selection our your customization options. Once completed, you should feel confident that you've explored all your options with a member of our staff.

Step 3 - Selection

Make your final selections for your new home. Sit back and relax, in no time we will have your new home designed the way you envisioned it from day 1.
