We spray your foundation walls with a waterproofing material. Although we make every effort to assure a dry basement, during times of excessive moisture, you may notice some dampness. Dampness on the walls or floor in the basement is not a defect. Over time, natural compaction of soils in the backfill areas will usually eliminate this condition. Careful maintenance of positive drainage will also protect your basement from this condition.
